Property Deal Finder is a software-as-a-service platform that analyzes real estate listings, providing insights such as identifying underpriced properties.

02Access and use

Users gain access to the property finder tool by purchasing a package, which includes a set number of monthly tokens.

Generated CSV files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form.

03Pricing and refunds

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees, token pricing, and other service charges at any time. Any price changes will apply to future purchases or renewals and will not affect already purchased services.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

04Data collection and privacy

We collect personal data, including name, email address, and payment information, as well as non-personal data such as web cookies.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

05Membership and termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user's membership, with or without cause, by providing at least one (1) month's written notice.

If a user violates these Terms or engages in misuse of our platform, we may terminate their account immediately without prior notice.

06Limitation of liability

Property Deal Finder provides analytical insights but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any property analysis.

We are not responsible for any financial or real estate decisions made based on our platform's data. Use of our services is at your own risk.

07Updates to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

08Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts within our jurisdiction.
